Bought a tag heuer replica from fellow member customs problem ?

and still no contact from the seller.

just wow, refunded this guy half and today he files a claim for significantly not as described and then i come here to find out he's been banned.  Can a mod email me the reason why is was banned as now I have to deal with this claim against my paypal.

I didn't notice him being banned, stupid as he's been a member for 5 years.

 

I'd tell PayPal that the problem has been resolved with a mutually acceptable solution by both parties and take a screen shot of him saying he's accepted the 50% refund (blanking out the forum name obviously) and email that to PayPal.

 

Also unlink your PP from your bank account and whip any funds out of it (or spend em!!)

Agree with you. Any business accepting PayPal has to go through this. Unfortunately you can't teach people common sense.
