I would like to know your opinion on this Cartel Rolex GMT 16710 ?

What are the visible flaws ? Does this kind of clasp exist ?

I've been looking at this watch too, but it does not seem to have rehaut engraving.

I didn't think the 16710 had engraving?

The first version of 16710 with SEL has lugholes and no rehaut engraved
