He is personally responsible for scamming numerous people on this and other rep forums from the AP crystal debacle and it seems that no one wants to step up and do something. He has at the MINIMUM committed mail fraud as well as internet fraud. Well, I am fed up and now it is clear that I will need to try and do something myself. I would appreciate any and all help if others are interested.
