Is this a gen Planet Ocean or a Franken ?

He valve in correct position, no happy feet, tip of second hand the correct brightness, bezel nicely aligned with dial, pearl correctly placed... looks like a gen to me, but impossible to be 100% sure...

Definitely gen,  the He valve is a little unscrewed so looks high like a rep he, but isn't. Other than that everything looks normal, it's not even a franken as it has a gen serial number so gen case.
