Pam 111 N Noob subdial question

I just received my first rep, the NOOB 111N. It came modded and movement serviced but when I pull the crown all the way out to set the seconds sub dial still moves...is this normal or do I already have a movement flaw on a brand new serviced watch?

Yea this is completely normal, the 6497 movt does not hack so you cant stop the movt to set the time exactly.
