Panerai 113 not holding a wind

I just got my pam 113 today and it looks amazing but i started winding it and everything moves but i wind it for like 5 minutes and it stops after 20 seconds. And i never feel it building up tension. Is anything supposed to be moving while im winding it that i can see through the back the only thing i can see moving is the wheel that moves for ticking the seconds and such
