Removing a Steelfish Bezel and Crown Questions

Does anyone know how to remove the bezel on a steelfish? I tried prizing it of as you would a rolex bezel but it wont budge? Do the screws actually hold the bezel on as per gen?

 

Also im looking to change the crown/tube for gen does anyone know the part number i need?

I think there might be two different models but this of of the original "Swiss Fish": Some other people have apparently had a much more difficult time getting them off. I found the hardest part was getting it started with the razor blade.
