Swap dials to new movement

Hi,

 

I got a watch with a Miyota S010 Movement, and orderd a replacement movement.

but the replacement doesn't have the dials on, how do i move the dials and front plate from the old to the new?

If you aren't sure how to do it and don't have the correct tools, I would suggest you have someone do it for you. Should be fairly quick and cheap. (Tool comment is an assumption on my part, please excuse me if I'm wrong).
