After reading The Zigmeister's review of this movement, I was concerned but thought I would give it time. Well, after a few weeks it was loosing about 4 mins a day, bad enough that it needed some work. I admit, the necessary work with the hairspring was too much for me, so I replaced the movement with one from Davidsen, which I think looks pretty good, it looks way better in person. Also, I changed the hands. I like the blue hands but they are impossible to work with, any light touch looks like a scratch I ended up tossing both of them. I gave the dial a light touch of matte varnish and replaced the screw down crown with one from davidsen. When I got it, the plastic crystal was totally loose, I could remove it just by pulling on it. I glued it down with some crystal glue, nice and tight now. I may get other blue hands or keep the gold. It came out pretty well IMO.

Well, the result is amazing! Great work!

Pls also tell us something about that strap.

Thanks, the strap is very nice, a Maestro. Unfortunately the movement already took a dump. :black_eye: , man, I'm starting to feel a bit unlucky with watch movements. Did you ever feel like selling the whole collection and just buying one really nice, totally reliable watch?

Something seems to be wrong with the keyless works, it will not wind. I can probably fix it just a bad run of luck. :Jumpy:

I can't wind it but at least it looks good...
