Omega Planet Ocean 5th Gen Crown Problem!

Hi all,

a few months ago I have bought the Omega Planet Ocean 42mm 5th gen. from joshua.

Now the crown won't screw back in anymore, it keeps popping out when I try. The reason must be that the tube is worn off, way too quickly imo as I didn't wear it much.

Does anyone have had a similar experience? Where can I get a replacement tube, as it seems to be the only way to get the crown back in?

Mine has a 4813 movement, are there any compatibility problems with the movement, stem length, etc.?

Not 100% sure but you might need to adjust the stem lenght.

However the hardest part is replacing the tube: in some reps it's a smooth operation but sometimes removing the old tube can be a real pain in the neck.

How can I adjust the stem length?

I would suggest sandpaper, but it's a trial and error process, patience is key, if you shorten the stem too much you need a new one
