Fritz07
I want to get the movement out of my Gen PO but for whatever reason, I cannot loosen the case clamp screws to remove the movement holder. I don't know what I am doing wrong, the screws seem to be in real tight. I thought maybe it was the watch so I opened up my Gen SMPc and the same problem, the case clamp screws are uber tight. Is there some secret or trick that I am missing? Both watches were 2500 cal.
SSTEEL
Are you sure they are not like the genuine Rolex type where as you screw it clockwise, which in turn lowers the screw, thus enabling the movement to fee from its bracing. These type you then unscrew, which in turn tighten the movement in the case.

SSTEEL
Well in that case, try to screw those screws clockwise, see what happens.
