Blackv12
Hello everyone, is my first post. I have plans to purchase one of these two AP, the latest version of the 15400 or RO Angus Diver V5 intime. They are very different watches, but I would like to know which of the two is more faithful to the original. Thanks Regards
Lobster
Right now the Diver for sure. The 15400 isn't bad and most people won't doubt it but there are a few nibbly things
Guest sharkrun20
15400 is classier and more suitable for average sized wrists. 15400 works as casual, dress, or anything in between. Perfect watch.
Nightwatch
Both are exceptional watches. Got the AP Royal Oak 15400 from Ryan at Intime (BP Maker version) and the AP Diver V5 from Toro. Love and wear them both. If the APRO is a fantastic watch the overall feel, touch and gen-likeness of the Diver is still superior - its outstanding, looks, movement, working of the stem and crown etc.. The rubber strap of the Diver is very comfortable but sometimes I would like to change it. Have not found a steel bracelet for it yet and that will be another 130 or more and than also wanted a hornback too (was told the AProos don´t fit the Diver) and yet more cost. Lume is not outstanding but longlasting, readable all night on both. The 15400 is perfect on the bracelet it comes with and the steel bracelet is fantastic, don´t want to change anything there, so put this into consideration. Also the 15400 can be worn in all situations/ occasions, sporty or dressy and concealable below the sleeve, the Diver at least with rubberstrap cannot. Sooner or later You need both:) Here are some pics to compare, well this got pic-heavy: and for finals maybe You get the Diver as it´s a superrep and consider this inexpensive but great Hublot - Quartz Hublot Classic Fusion Chronograph Racing Grey (from Kuvarsit TD on other forum) with a fantastic double-deployant bracelet (big and small links adjustable by screw) and NO ticking second hand at all (except if You use the chrono)
