Do note there are two versions, older one with a littleeeee bit more brownish dial (less accurate to gen), and an updated version with rounded pushers and more accurate greyish dial. I however actually prefer to former - the dial really pops in the light. As with all ROO, you'll probably need an AR'd crystal, and there might be an issue with the sec@12.
