When winding, can you wind the crown away from you (as the manual states), then turn the crown back TOWARDS you, then away, then back, etc., thus never taking your fingers off the crown? Or must you always turn the crown away from you, reset your fingers, and repeat until wound? My Speedmaster can be wound in this fashion as I ask regarding the PAM, without ever removing your fingers from the crown. Many thanks.
