jpohl402
jpohl402: can you spot the differences? OK, looking at it closer - although the angle of photo isn't the best for this, the date wheel appears to be in line with 2 and 4 leading me to believe it's a Franken!? EDIT: Scrolling down the page, looks like Valante commented above about it being Franken too. Nice piece bud! Guest
That is correct. I'll take more pics when she gets back from "VAC" ation. My main reasons to go Franken were (in order) 1. The thick tuna can effect of the non modified case bugged the hell out of me. (franken is much thinner and fits under my dress shirts) 2. Reliable non shaky seconds at the 12 movement. All my frankens keep time very well and have a good power reserve. (even the reps that I had serviced by Francisco suffered some problems.) other tells: asymmetrical chrono pusher and stem. (not inline) the dials have very good lume aligned date window as Valante commented. smooth sweep of secs@12 Sent from my GT-I9500 using Tapatalk
