I would probably say the Gen although BK's does run it close.

From what I´ve seen the best are the non ceramic, older models. The other question is if You want to spend 100 Usd more for 1% better looking. Just saying....

I have heard mixed reviews about the noob v3 - some say it's awesome, some say disappointed - who knows, I guess for around $350 it really doesn't matter all that much.  I have had nightmarish experiences with the noob glidelock simply not locking and not staying put - luckily I have used a TD who's awesome...but it's out of his control.  I just don't want to keep dropping $$ for reps that last 6-12 months before they take a crap - eventually, I could buy two gens ya know......to me, at least, a $350 watch, whether a rep or not, is still a $350 watch and should last.
