irolexu
Is the sa3135 sub 16610 a 1:1 or does it use another type of construction. Also how nice are the non sport model sa3135 offerings? I am needing a movement for a project but once I pull the movement I want to replace it with an ETA. I see pure time has datejusts with sa3135
Rolexman
Why is this in the General section? The yacht with SA I pulled apart was not 1:1 in construction. I don't believe the Sub to be either. Replacing a SA with ETA asks for a lot of mods. Be prepared.
irolexu
Oh boy...sorry I didn't even notice this was general discussion. Does the sa3135 actually fit into a gen case?
Rolexman
Oh boy...sorry I didn't even notice this was general discussion. Does the sa3135 actually fit into a gen case? Thougt you were referring to the bezel and case constructies with 1:1. When it comes to movement dimensions and fitting the SA and Y3135 are a straight drop in . So they fit a gen case, take gen dials and hands.
irolexu
I've heard cases where they don't fit and yes I was also referring to case construction . The only true 1:1 sa3135 rep is most likely the DJ 16200 pure time sells in which case would be amazing to buy one and slap a gen dial and be done
