Movement types

Hi,

 

I'm fairly new to this game and am currently considering purchasing a couple of reps from Trusty. The watches I am looking at are a Pam 127 "Ultimate" with swiss unitas 6497 17J manual hand wind, and a Rolex Pro Hunter Military Sub with nickel plated swiss eta 2836.

 

I just wondered if, as a rule, is it always worth paying the extra for a swiss movement instead of the asian movement?
