I have an Omega Planet Ocean and managed to lose the HE valve,I kindly had one sent across to me but the threads are the same, could anyone advise whether the thread on the actual watch is removable?

Please upload some pictures of the area and highlight the problem area. Additionaly, try to be more specific since except that you lost your HE valve I don't understand a word ;)

The valve sent has a thread and the one on the watch is threaded (2 males) I've emailed Josh for a solution and he says just to glue it,I would but need the watch side to be female....

Ah now I know what your problem is. Try to unscrew the thread on the he valve with a plier. If I remember correctly this should be possilbe and then you should be able to have male and female and put it back together ;)

I've tried and infortunately it won't budge and neither will the thread on the actual watch, can't even move the back to try from the inside, any ideas?
