To any AD? Because I think they will sure notice it is a rep, will this cause problems? (I live in germany)

Just ask if he has a problem with working on high end reps. If he says "get out of here" - keep on searching... Walking into an AD with a rep and asking for a service is not really the best option... I found a watchsmith in the Ruhrgebiet. He is good - but it´s not the cheapest one. Gruß DJ
pannylovernr1 Posted December 7, 2006 Report Posted December 7, 2006 I've serviced (oil and clean) a rep (PAM) once at the local watchshop and told him before it was a rep. He was actually happy o receive it since he was loooking forward to see how it was compared to a gen Wouldn't dare taking a rep into a AD, they usually are a bit brainwashed
Thor Posted December 7, 2006 Report Posted December 7, 2006 Most of the watchsmith will only work on swiss movements... if you go to one and ask about doing a job for you let him know that your watch has an swiss movement in it if it has
