jpz5142 Posted May 10, 2014 Report Share Posted May 10, 2014 I just got a 243 in and while changing out the strap I noticed that on one side the quick release button is so loose that the strap bar can be removed without even pressing on the quick release. The other side is quite firm and I swapped out the bars to see if that made a difference and no luck. I am not sure that the bar would come loose but it doesn't exactly instill confidence if you know what I mean. I figure it has to be a weak spring that if I could get to I could swap out for a stiffer one. I just wouldn't know how to get at it, any suggestions?
