neilrosscampbell
Hey guys. First of all pleased to meet you all. I am new to this forum and have had my rep submariner for under a year and the marker has fallen off. How can I fix this? Any help would be appreciated as I paid over £100 for this. Truly gutted I am :-( how do I get the glass/bezel off. Many thanks Edited May 29, 2014 by neilrosscampbell
dbane883
No need to take the crystal off. Open up the Caseback, remove crown stem, remove movement screws, plop out movement, glue back triangle with GS hypo cement.

dbane883
i'm sure you can search the internets for each step. You will need to remove bracelet first. If you cant do that, then skip all other steps and proceed to a local watch guy. So you will need 3 tools. A 29.5mm oyster caseback remover, a 1.2mm flat hobby screwdriver, tweezers, and a tube of GS Hypo cement (very much like model glue). So search each step (e.g. "Removing Rolex caseback..."removing stem from ETA"...etc). You'll be fine. That is a good watch to experiment/practice on

jmb
If no GS Hypo use a dot of clear epoxy. DO NOT USE SUPERGLUE!!!
