jtiis Posted June 8, 2014 Report Share Posted June 8, 2014 So, I have a 42 5th gen with swiss 2824-2. My understanding is this movement accepts gen hand and dial. I've install the dial and the minute hands goes on fine (haven't tried the seconds hand) - but the hour hand in no way seems to be attaching to the hands pin. It just slides around on the dial with the backside spacer just falling into the dial cutout for the hands pin itself. What's up with that? TIA. Want to make this happen!
