It means they are from same producer and version. As said, try to ask Andrew for a plain, unmodified a2836 instead to get the Rolex clone or the "Asian clone 2836 modified to the look of Rolex": with the unmodified one the eta gen spare parts will fit and you'll have a better movement (who cares if it doesn't look like a Rolex one: the case back is closed Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
