Hi and welcome. Domi in Germany repaired those in the past, but not sure if he´s still repairing the IWC.

For an alternative maybe research the thin, handwound IWC Fa. Jones with reliable 6497 movement and seconds at six.

I did some research indeed - and found out that Fa. Jones is highly recommendable. The IWC Portuguese Chrono, however, is my absolute favourite watch. This was my first rep and I paid ~EUR 300 in Thailand to gei it. That's why I wouldreally like to have it repaired.

 

Will include some pics - to get your opinion on the quality.
