csprigg
Hi, Picked up a Trustytime planet ocean GMT - very nice looking watch. One imperfection is the bezel is unidrectional like a diver, not bidirectional like a GMT should be. Can I fix this? How? Is there a bezel/ratchet spring that can be modified or replaced to make it function as a GMT should? Thanks!
chronoluvvv
if it's a diver's watch, the bezel is not meant to be undirectional
csprigg
It is not a divers watch it is a GMT watch - both the gen and the rep are supposed to have bidirectional bezels. From Trustytime site: BEZEL: Black Ceramic with Orange GMT Hour Indexes Bi-directional Diver Bezel Omega site says the same thing for the PO GMT (if you look at this part number you can see the gen 232.30.44.22.01.002). I opened the bezel and it clearly has a unidirectional spring. Edited September 24, 2014 by csprigg
