New Navitimer Help I Feel it Spinning

Ok so I've had my new Navitimer for half a day and I noticed that when I move my hand and then let it rest I feel the weight in the watch spinning. I feel it spinning as if it's unwinding, not just the motion of it moving as normal, but actually spinning by the spring.

I tried my other watches and can't feel the same thing. As the movements are all the same I want to make sure it's working correcly.

So what is the probelm and how do I fix it?
