wadinho
Hi guys, here is the problem. I purchased 2 noob CRPO 42mm 5 months ago from a trusted dealer and was satisfied with both watches up until yesterday when one of them stopped working. For no apparent reason the time no longer moves forward even though the mechanism is spinning in the “back”. The watch hands are not moving at all. I wear it almost everyday (the one that stopped working) and I had no issue with it before. I just emailed the seller but I am kind of anticipating and I would like to know your opinion about this issue? Should I just take the watch and get it fixed somewhere? Since the movement seems working, it should be ok to fix right? I will be in Barcelona next week for 6 days, do you know a trusted place where I can take it to get it fixed? I will also be traveling in Marseille and Dubai next month, so I am also interested in knowing a trusted jewellery there if you know one. for information, I live in Switzerland 80% of the year and no need to mention that I can't get my reps serviced here I look forward to hearing from you guys Thanks in advance for your help
