pilot Posted January 30, 2015 Report Posted January 30, 2015 Morning all, After a very smooth member transaction I've taken ownership of a 116300 41mm DJ II. The 'easy link' adjustment is proving anything but at present and I am wondering whether it's purely aesthetic. In the closed position, the "easy" link has a protrusion that parents the clasp from fitting flush, I wondered if any of you fine forum contributors or lurkers could shed a little light on whether the bracelet has been correctly assembled and/or whether I should shave the aforementioned protrusion off. :-)) All advice welcome. P P.S- I'd be happy to replace with a GMT/Sub clasp if anyone has one at the ready. :-)
pilot Posted January 30, 2015 Author Report Posted January 30, 2015 Problem solved. It appeared to be a glide lock ratchet. I've. Since filed it down and it's flush as a button. Thanks anyway.
