Problem solved. It appeared to be a glide lock ratchet. I've. Since filed it down and it's flush as a button. Thanks anyway.

Morning all, After a very smooth member transaction I've taken ownership of a 116300 41mm DJ II. The 'easy link' adjustment is proving anything but at present and I am wondering whether it's purely aesthetic. In the closed position, the "easy" link has a protrusion that parents the clasp from fitting flush, I wondered if any of you fine forum contributors or lurkers could shed a little light on whether the bracelet has been correctly assembled and/or whether I should shave the aforementioned protrusion off. :-)) All advice welcome. P P.S- I'd be happy to replace with a GMT/Sub clasp if anyone has one at the ready. :-)

Not sure about anyone else but with Baselworld starting tomorrow morning I'm starting to get a touch excitable about whats coming next from our favourite gen manufacturer! I'd have to take a punt on the black ss sub going ceramic (its available from our dealers already but at last it might not be a fantasy watch!) A jubilee bracelet on the DJ II would be a good move and I'd personally be crying with excitement if they Coke/Pepsi the GMT IIc!!! Apologies if this lacks relevance at present but it all filters down to us eventually! Anyone else got any thoughts or wishes?? Regards P

Evening all, With the trigger about to be pulled on another Rep i thought this might be a worthwhile question. The GMT IIc has since proven too alluring to ignore and with Domi offering the 2893-2 install gen dial and gen crystal mods its a worthy purchase, if for the potential future upgrades alone! It would be interesting to hear how everybodys GMTIIcs are running (i'll presume they're ICHS if they're still going)! Whilst I've purchased from various dealers in the past, my search has narrowed to the Cartel boys or precious time for this one, I've heard very little in the way of GMTIIcs from many of the other dealers on the forum. So chime in, it would be interesting to hear how these attractive and (relatively) complicated watches are holding up! Regards P

Morning troops! I've got a rep 116200 datejust with a case identical to this (different dial etc but you get the idea) http://www.trustywatchguy.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=1_12&products_id=854 I've got my 2836 all lined up, serviced and ready to drop in, problem now being that i have not got a spacer ring or movement tabs to hold it in place. Does anybody know how I'm going to get around this little problem? Regards P

the second two look like they have different rehaut engraving. It looks far more black. Regards P
