genuinue rotor for 063/029?

does anyone know where to get a genuine rotor for 063/029? these should fit the 2893-2, right? how much should one expect to shell out for these? thanks!

Ouch... that will cost you. The real movements are on ebay from time to time for about $1500. Hell of a price for a 2893 with some engraving!!

I very much doubt you will find a genuine rotor outside a Panerai service centre

I have a 063 with a 2893 Mov. Closest Pam without mods I have seen yet. With a closed caseback, whats your reasoning for a Gen rotor?

The latest reps of the power reserve models come with an Asian movement that is a derivative of the 2892. The rotors have an applique that looks awfully like the Panny engraving. You might be able to get one of those to fit?

Pretty strange and dodgy reason IMHO...

It doesn't take a super-sleuth to figure out that with a closed case back, the only one you would be trying to fool would be someone who would be opening the case, and that would be either a jeweler for valuation or a purchaser checking if it is genuine.

If you can come up with a better reason than that, I'd be suprised.

why would i try to con anyone? i tell everyone straight up that my reps are reps. i just like to have a rep as close to gen as possible. if that makes me a con man, then i am a con man. im sure any PAM expert would be able to tell that it is a rep even with a real rotor. now please remove the sticks from out your asses. TIA.
