gvln68 Posted June 22, 2015 Report Posted June 22, 2015 http://www.ebay.com/itm/PANERAI-PAM-...item58c762400cVery clever: "I traded this watch 2 years ago for a submariner from a private party and I don't have a box or original paperwork. I have paid to have the watch authenticated by Nashville's most respected Gemologist Van McMinn who validated to his knowledge that he believed it to be genuine and appraised with a replacement value of $8,400. Without sending it to Panerai I cannot myself guarantee without a shadow of a doubt that it is 100% authentic, but from what I have been told it is in fact the real deal. Included in the auction is the watch and authentication paperwork (original documents can be scanned as well for review.) " reported
hambonz Posted September 1, 2015 Report Posted September 1, 2015 Looks pretty good but hard to believe with n box or papers Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
gasebah Posted September 3, 2015 Report Posted September 3, 2015 (edited) Why would you go to a Gemologist? Every decent pawn shop guy would probably have more knowledge about watches, As I understand the certificate he didn't even open the case. That is a good concept though. Get a bunch of certificates for your reps and hope you get robbed. :-) Edited September 3, 2015 by gasebah
