IWC Portuguese 44mm Chronograph

Some clever guys have made the IWC Portuguese in a 44mm for us big wristed guys and although a quartz, this watch is a real great looking piece. I have fitted a new Orloff padded gator strap in dark brown and gold stitch and a new RG IWC Deploy and think as a beater she looks great.

I really like the stuff they did with quartz subdial placement. 

Very tempted to try one myself.

 

And even thought of one trick to solve the missing "automatic" word - water based decals that are used for for plastic models hobby. Print "AUTOMATIC" with printer on one of the decals - and transfer that on to the dial
