New Dial: Question

I bought an ETA Yachtmaster with a white dial from Josh. I absolutely love the looks of the watch, but feel very self-consious wearing a "Rolex Yachtmaster".

Can I substitute a dial made for a less well-known watch brand that will fit this watch? One with good lume would be very cool.

I'd like to stick with a white or grey face to mimic the yachtmaster look.

Also, please let me know how to source the part, and if it makes sense to get a local guy to do the work.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
