Altered 7750 Reliability...

I know this info is out there, I am just not finding it so if anyone can help appreciated...

I know moving the seconds to 6 on 7750 is just asking for trouble, but is there a significant difference in reliability for 6 9 12 vs 3 6 9 subdial layouts as long as seconds are at 9?

The only difference is that there are 3 transfer gears moving the minute timer from 12 to 3.

Given that these gears have no friction, the chrono seconds only activates the 30 minute timer every minute for a brief instant, there is no affect on the reliability...it's not a problem.

I did read before but didn't get it with my search... I appreciate all your articles The Zigmeister and the effort you have put in... just so much reading sometimes it's overload even when its right there
