How do I get rid of these popups?

Every time I log in and choose a forum I get a

YOU NEED TO UPDATE INFO TO GET FULL ACCESS Pop up.  How do I get rid of it?

Easy way I found of blocking pop ups was downloading a pop blocker add on from my firefox menu but you can get addons like that for any web home page server...

When I first logged back onto here before I upgraded my membership again I didnt get any pop ups only the ads... so I think my pop up blocker add on must have got rid of what you are seeing...

 

I aint techy mate but i also think you can do it from your menu when you visit any page on internet.. There are plenty of guys on here that will know better than me.. but before they reply try the add on mate..
