Fiddy Crystals

Just wanting to get some idea of how many have been affected by this. I have recently replaced several fiddy crystals and also one watch I returned to a customer arrived shattered. I can see that in some cases air transit might mean the watch is subjected to extreme low temperatures which may be the cause but some members I remember reporting that their watches were just on a table or in a drawer when it broke! There is obviously some fault with them so add your name if it's happened to you please.
