IAN2109
Hi Folks, Usually I go for the vintage models, but I recently met up with an old school friend and after a few beers we got chatting about hobbies. Anyway, to cut a long story short, we are think of buying these from Andrew: http://www.ttw8488.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=1_6&products_id=14385 http://www.ttw8488.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=1_6&products_id=14386 As I don't normally go for the modern rollies, I was wondering what you guys think of these watches and if there is anything we should be looking out for on the QC pics? Thanks in advance!!
philwongnz
First of all, case is much thicker than the gen due to the A7750 movement. It is much chunkier and I personally think is heavier than my gen 16520
IAN2109
Thanks or the reply It says it's 13mm thick and I read the gen is 12.2 mm thick?

IAN2109
Thank you very much for going to the trouble of a photo comparison Is the gen on the left? Another member has advised the 11mm thick ZF Daytona (asia 23J non working chrono) http://www.ttw8488.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=1_6&products_id=14273 Could I ask you what the thickness of your gen is? Thanks in advance Kind regards Ian

Thanks in advance Kind regards Ian Yes gen is on the left. Sorry I never measured my gen. Maybe you can Google or search the forum for the thickness. In saying that, I'm not sure for gen is the thickness the same for 16520 and 116520. As the 116520 uses Rolex in house movement versus the Zenith for the 16520. Since you are buying a rep of 116520, it might be better for someone here who has a gen to chime in. I will see if i can compare it to my friends one one day as I know 3 gen owners.
