Pfm67 Posted November 8, 2016 Report Posted November 8, 2016 (edited) Hi all. This is my first Omega. I am trying to size the bracelet and am confronted with removing the bracelet pins. I don't have a proper tool. Can anyone recommend a tool to purchase or a makeshift one. Thanks ! Edited November 8, 2016 by Pfm67
ceejay Posted November 8, 2016 Report Posted November 8, 2016 Aren't the links on the PO held together with screws? The one I have here are. If it pins, then this is as cheap as it gets http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/WATCH-BAND-STRAP-LINK-REMOVER-REPAIR-TOOL-5-EXTRA-PINS-FOR-BRACELET-ADJUSTMENT-/331273092997?hash=item4d216a3f85:g:Ao0AAOSwGzlTt37k There should be arrows on the bracelet link indicating what way the pins have to be pushed out.
Pfm67 Posted November 8, 2016 Author Report Posted November 8, 2016 Thanks for he reply. I just ordered the tool. Do all the bracelets have the arrows on them. Mine doesn't seem to have them
ceejay Posted November 8, 2016 Report Posted November 8, 2016 Just had a look at some of mine, no they don't all have arrows. In that case I guess they can be pushed out from either side.
