How to install the hands without bending it?

I found it pretty hard to install the "second" hand.

Any tips?

what tool you use to press the hand?

The way i found most convient to install the hand, is to take piece of paper fold it in middle put the hand on the fold, pickup the paper, and fiddle a bit so that the ... nevermind check the image...

then hover the hole over the pinion, and use a hand setting tool to pres the hand on.

Thanks, I ll try it out next time.

I used a Tweezer to hold the hand and then apply force with a link pin punch.

I found it hard to work on the second hand.

Also, you can use slickdick's technique and use a straw to press it down. Nanug taught me that one.
