Lost a cap from PN Daytona Pusher

Hello everyone,

 

Somehow I lost a cap from a pusher on PN Daytona.  Would appreciate if someone can let me know where to get one (probably need the whole pusher) or perhaps someone of you has one laying somewhere. This is a DW case, but perhaps cartel will fit.
