Sharpe
Hey all, I just got my 4th gen planet ocean rep. from Andrew today. It's a fine looking/feeling watch, but I have some concerns. I followed the instructions given on andrew's site for changing the time: 1. Unscrew the crown (this went fine) 2. Pull very gently until there's a click (which i did, extremely gently) 3. Turn clockwise to change the date (works perfectly) 4. Turn anti-clockwise to change the time (the minute hand does not budge when I do this...) Am I doing something wrong? IS there something different with this watch to change the time that isnt as prescribed above? If not, is it likely that this watch is faulty? mikellem
Yes, you are doing someting wrong! To set the time, Pull the stem out one more click past the date click. So...1 click out to set the date... 2 clicks out to set the time.... Hope this helps! -MM
Sharpe
Ah this was extremely helpful. Thanks alot! I was worried about pulling it out again due to the warnings about the mechanism being fragile...but it's all good now. Brilliant watch btw - i'd recommend it! watchman12345
Its not that fragile either! Just do things like winding slowly and you'll be OK!
