Omega PO crown and tube question

I need to replace the crown and tube of two of my PO's as the threads wore out, I will replace them with gens, I found these partnumbers: 069ST42184 Crown and 090ST1232 Case Tube......Does anyone know if these fit both 45.5mm and 43.5 mm cases?

I need to do the same to my 45.5 also. Did you have any luck in finding parts?  If so. Can u point me in the right direction.
