Swap a Asian 6497-2 with a Swiss ETA 6497-2....small second hand height for a rep panerai dial ??

I plan to install a Swiss eta6497-2 in a rep luminor case, with a HF 005 dial.

I will install H3 hour wheel and cannon pin for the thick dial, but do i have to change also the small second wheel ?

Is there some short or longer pivot for the small hand ?

I saw that there was two options for the second wheel height, the 220 or the 224 number; the short and the long.

 

So i guess the stock swiss ETA 6497-2 has the long pivot ?
