Need A Source For An Aftermarket "serti" Diamond Dial For Rolex 18kss Submariner

Looking for a mother-of-pearl or silver aftermarket Rolex Submariner dial with sapphires and diamonds for my friend's gen 18k/ss Sub 16613. I checked eBay and there's a guy selling some that look good for $600, but I could swear I've seen them somewhere for $400ish.

I'm afraid if you're looking for a gen serti dial for a sub, $600 would be a steal...if you want anything of quality. Anything less would be suspect, IMO.
