miyota 9015 rotor attachement

hi,

I'm new here and would like to know how to remove this rotor from a modified 9015.

Is it just glued on (the part with the 3 holes) or is it screwed?

 

the automatic winding does not fully wind.

the rotor likes to turn like crazy, unfortunately into the wrong direction;

in the winding direction it turns a little tough.

There should be 3 screws under that center thing. Take that thing in the middle off first. Don't break the Modified 9015 because it can cost you $200 at least.

thanks for your advice, do you mean it's just glued?

it sits a little off-center and the ruby on the thing itself is off-center too.

unfortunately the factory doesn't answer the question how to assemble this part which ryan sent them for me.
