Genuine Crown Tube On A Smp Chrono 28k8 7550?

Howdy

very new here, quite new over "there" too.

As the Crown Tube on my watch went belly up the day before yesterday, and as I want to have it serviced anyway due to the apparently questionable quality of the Asian 7750 mvt., will a genuine Omega Crown Tube/Stem/Crown assembly or only parts of that fit? Maybe with a little machining/milling on the case?
