RWG Technical Posted February 14, 2007 Report Share Posted February 14, 2007 Cut it with a pair of wire cutters, file it carefully where it's cut so it can thread into the crown, and do it in stages so you don't cut it too short, test fitting it along the way. If you file too hard, you'll snap it in half...and if you don't file it nice and round, you'll cross thread it in the crown... RG Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
