Faulty Bracelet

I have a 18k Sub bracelet from one of the dealers here. My problem is when I went to size the band yesterday, I discovered some of the screws are bad. As I tried to unscrew one very stiff screw, it just seized. Now it won't even go either way, in or out. On another link, the screw just spins around all the way in, either tightening or loosening. Any suggestions are appreciated. I do not want to go to the trouble of sending it back to China, thanks.

Bad solution... send it back. Best thing to do. Those screws are too delicate.
