MasterLuke
Oh dear I seem to have caught the RW bug. Any opinions on the lovely looking Panerai Ferrari Granturismo Automatic? Authenticity? Reliability / accuracy of the Asian 21J movement? Any happy / unhappy owners out there? Comments appreciated...
flavor flav
not sure if anyone bought one of these....... they don't seem to be in the same quality league as most pam reps. most auto pams are not accurate to original except chronos and 063. 050. i'd likely say it's a peice to test the waters with the ferrari pams. probably not that great and filled with lovely plastic movement spacers and super light weight with an unreadable date. MasterLuke
Thanks, that's interesting. From the lack of responses I was starting to realise this one really didn't really light a fire for the serious Panerai heads round these parts. Now, I haven't got the Panerai bug yet (please don't kill me!), but I do quite like Ferraris... I actually do like the look of the watch, but in a very different way from the more 'serious' reps. It would play well in the trendy and ironic local bar scene, rather than at the captain's table! Edited February 24, 2007 by MasterLuke
rjboxster
I too am looking for a high quality Ferrari by Panerai rep. They are unbelieveably hot as gens from west coast authorized dealers and are actually selling at a faster clip than traditional Panerai's.
